Vaccination and Parasite Requirements
To ensure the protection of all pets under our care, the following must be current:
Dog Requirements:
- Distemper - Adenovirus 2 - Parainfluenza - Parvo Vaccine (Da2pp)
- Rabies Vaccine
- Flea Prevention
- Fecal Test
We highly recommend that your dog receive the following: Leptospira Vaccine; Bordetella Vaccine (within last 6 months); Influenza H3N8/H3N2 Vaccine; Heartworm Prevention; Heartworm Test
Cat Requirements:
- Rhinotracheitis - Calicivirus - Panleukopenia - Leukemia Vaccine (FVRCP/FeLV)
- Rabies Vaccine
- Flea Prevention
- Fecal
If your pet is not a patient of All Creatures Animal Hospital, we will require medical records 48 hours before the anticipated drop-off for boarding.
This will allow us to review medical records in advance. The review of records will allow us to have all documents ready for our boarders before drop off.
We will be more efficient and capable of informing our boarders of vaccinations and or other medical care that could be required before drop off.
